Why seminars should sell tickets online
A paid seminar has fixed seats, a set time, and attendees who expect a confirmation. Collecting fees in cash or by manual transfer creates a long admin tail: names, amounts, proof-of-payment screenshots, and a last-minute scramble to build the attendance list.
Online ticketing turns registration into a checkout: the attendee pays, the seat is reserved, and the event records it automatically.
What UNITIC provides for seminars
One registration link, guest checkout (name + email, no account), payment by card/USSD/bank transfer, and a unique QR ticket by email for every attendee. At the venue, scan each QR once at the door. The organizer dashboard shows registrations and check-ins live.
Organizer fees are 5% platform + ~2% gateway, and ticket money withdraws to a Nigerian bank account.
