UNITIC is a campus event ticketing platform for Nigerian student organizers. Create an event, sell tickets online with guest checkout, check guests in with scan-once QR at the gate, and withdraw ticket money to a Nigerian bank — so you are not running sales on WhatsApp alerts, screenshots, or paper lists.

One thing to be clear about: UNITIC (unitic.name.ng) is not UniTix (unitix.ng). UNITIC is built for organizers’ box office and payouts; it is not a general campus event discovery app.

What UNITIC is for

UNITIC is the ticket-selling side of campus events in Nigeria: paid entry events, dinner nights, SUG weeks, department programmes and social gatherings where an organizer needs to sell tickets and control entry.

How it works

  1. Create an event and set ticket tiers with prices.
  2. Share the event link. Buyers pay exactly the displayed ticket price — guest checkout means they don’t even need an account.
  3. Scan at the gate. Every guest gets a unique QR ticket. Each code can be scanned once; screenshots and copies can be rejected.
  4. Get paid. Withdraw ticket money to a Nigerian bank account (minimum ₦1,000).

What it costs

Buyers pay only the ticket price you display. Organizer-side, UNITIC charges a 5% platform fee plus the payment gateway (~2% via Flutterwave). No hidden buyer surcharges. See the full breakdown on the fees page.
