What a conference ticket needs to do
A conference often has several pass types: early-bird rate, regular delegate pass, student pass, sponsor or speaker tickets. Buyers register online, pay in Naira, and expect confirmation instantly. On the day, the registration desk has to check hundreds of delegates in quickly and know who is missing.
With UNITIC, every pass is a unique QR ticket sent by email. The registration desk scans the code and the delegate is in — no printing paper lists, no manual searching.
Multi-day events and tiers
Set whatever tiers your conference needs — single-day, full-conference, student, group — each with its own price and capacity. Sales counts per tier update live on the organizer dashboard, so you always know how many early-bird passes are left.
After the conference
The check-in data tells you how many delegates actually attended versus how many passes you sold. Ticket money sits in your pool and withdraws to a Nigerian bank account; organizer fees are 5% + ~2% gateway.

Can we offer early-bird pricing?
Yes — set an early-bird tier with a lower price and a capacity. Sales count down live, so the offer expires naturally when the tier sells out.
Do delegates need accounts?
No. Guest checkout means each delegate enters a name and email and pays. Their QR pass arrives by email immediately.
Can speakers or sponsors have free passes?
Yes. A tier can be priced at ₦0 so special guests register and receive a QR pass without paying.
